摘  要:通过环境气候箱模拟寒区室内供暖时的环境,检测3类装修材料散发的甲醛、TVOC逐时浓度,分析甲醛、TVOC散发趋势。研究结果表明,在木质地板、白乳胶、内墙涂料三类装修材料中,木质地板的甲醛散发水平最高,内墙涂料的TVOC散发水平最高。强化复合地板的甲醛散发水平远高于实木复合地板,建议在地热供暖方式下不要选择强化复合地板。通风量对于装修材料的污染物散发浓度水平具有重要影响。在密封性好、通风量小的情况下,相同的散发时间内,木质地板的甲醛散发浓度将提高4~6倍,内墙涂料的甲醛散发浓度将提高1~3倍,内墙涂料在涂覆干燥后的几小时内TVOC浓度仍有可能严重超过室内环境TVOC浓度限量。By simulating the indoor heating environment in cold areas with the environmental climate box, the formaldehyde and TVOC emission concentrations of three kinds of decoration materials are detected hourly, and the emission trends of formaldehyde and TVOC are analyzed. The results reveal that the formaldehyde emission level of wood floor and the TVOC emission level of interior wall coating are the highest among the three kinds of decoration materials which are wood floor, white latex and interior wall coating. The formaldehyde emission level of laminate floor is much higher than that of solid wood composite floor. It is recommended not to choose the laminate floor under geothermal heating mode. The ventilation rate has a great influence on the concentration level of pollutants emitted by decoration materials. In the case of good air-tightness and low ventilation, within the same emission time, the formaldehyde emission concentration of wood floor will increase by 4~6 times, and the formaldehyde emission concentra-tion of interior wall coating will increase by 1~3 times. Under the same circumstances, the TVOC concentration of the interior wall coating may still exceed the limit of indoor TVOC concentration seriously within a few hours after drying.
