摘  要:采用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(HPLC-MS/MS)测定鲤鱼中己烯雌酚、己烷雌酚及己二烯雌酚残留量的不确定度进行分析。根据《测量不确定度评定与表示》,参考《化学分析中不确定度评定的评估指南》,分析鲤鱼中己烯雌酚、己烷雌酚及己二烯雌酚残留测定的不确定度因素,确定不确定度来源,最后根据各分量计算出合成不确定度并进行了扩展(k=2)。己烯雌酚、己二烯雌酚及己烷雌酚的扩展不确定度分别为:0.144μg/kg、0.146μg/kg、0.122μg/kg。本法适用于评价高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定鲤鱼中己烯雌酚、己烷雌酚及己二烯雌酚残留测定的不确定度研究,对于鱼肉中己烯雌酚、己烷雌酚及己二烯雌酚浓度的测定具有重要参考意义。To study the uncertainty assessment method for the determination of diethylstilbestrol, hexestrol and dienestrol in carp by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS). According to "Guide to the expression of uncertainty in measurement" and "Guidance on quantifying uncertainty in chemical analysis", the uncertainty factors in the determination of diethylstilbestrol, hexestrol and dienestrol residues in carp were analyzed.The combined uncertainty have been calculated and expanded with all components(k = 2). The expand uncertainty of diethylstilbestrol, hexyestrol and dienestrol were 0.144 μg/kg, 0.146 μg/kg and 0.122 μg/kg, respectively. This method is applicable for the uncertainty evaluation of diethylstilbestrol, hexestrol and dienestrol in carp by HPLC-MS/MS. It provided an important reference for the uncertainty evaluation for the determination diethylstilbestrol, hexestrol and dienestrol concentrations in fish.
