摘　　要：目的了解农村老年人群艾滋病相关知识知晓程度、高危行为和人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染者感染状况。方法 2020年4—7月,采用横断面调查方法,对南宁市某县某镇≥60岁的农村老年人群进行面对面的问卷调查并采静脉血进行HIV抗体检测,采用SPSS 19.0软件对数据进行统计分析。结果接受调查的1 077名农村老年人中答对≥6道的总体知识知晓率为37.5%,农村老年人群艾滋病相关知识知晓率随着年龄的增长而降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素分析显示,女性、初中及以上文化、配偶接受过HIV检测是农村老年人艾滋病相关知识总体知晓率的影响因素。在婚的农村老年人与配偶发生性关系时从未使用安全套的比例高达88.4%;有2.8%的调查对象承认曾经发生过婚外性行为,发生婚外性行为时坚持使用安全套的比例仅为3.3%。HIV抗体阳性率为1.3%。结论南宁市某县农村老年人群HIV感染率较高,艾滋病知识知晓率和安全套使用率低,高危性行为在农村老年中仍存在,针对农村老年人的安全套推广使用仍然较困难。Objective To understand the awareness rate of AIDS-related knowledge,high-risk behaviors and HIV infection status of the elderly population in rural areas. Methods From April to July 2020,a cross-sectional survey was conducted among rural elderly people aged over 60 in a town of Nanning city by using face-to-face questionnaire. Venous blood was collected for HIV antibody detection. The data were statistically analyzed by SPSS 19.0 software. Results Among the 1 077 rural elderly surveyed,the overall knowledge awareness rate of correct answering ≥6 questions was 37.5%. The awareness rate of AIDS-related knowledge among the rural elderly decreased with age,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Multivariate analysis showed that females,junior high school education and above,and spouses having received HIV testing were the factors affecting the overall awareness rate of AIDS-related knowledge among the elderly in rural areas. 88.4% of the married rural elderly never used condoms when they had sex with their spouses. 2.8% of the respondents admitted that they had had extramarital sex,and only3.3% of them insisted on using condom when having extramarital sexual intercourse. The positive rate of HIV antibody was 1.3%.Conclusion The rural elderly population in a county of Nanning City has a high HIV infection rate,low AIDS-related knowledge awareness rate and condom use rate. High-risk sexual behavior still exists in the rural elderly,and it is still difficult to promote the use of condoms for the rural elderly.
