摘 要:目的:建立以HPLC-ELSD法测定玄麦甘桔颗粒中桔梗皂苷D含量的方法。方法:以Agilent C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)为色谱柱;以乙腈-水(25∶75)为流动相;流速1.0 mL/min;柱温30℃;蒸发光散射检测器检测。结果:桔梗皂苷D在0.4794~5.9915μg(r=0.9994)范围内线性关系良好,回归方程:y=1.7258x-0.4426,平均加样回收为99.0%(RSD=1.0%)。结论:本研究方法准确可靠、重复性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制和评价。Objective To establish a HPLC-ELSD method for the determination of platycodon D in Xuanmaganju granules.Methods Agilent C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)was used as chromatographic column.Acetonitrile-water(25∶75)was used as mobile phase.The flow rate of 1.0 mL/min;Column temperature 30℃.The temperature of the drift tube was 105℃and the carrier gas was nitrogen(flow rate was 2.5L/min).Results The linear relationship of platycodon platycodon D was good in the range of 0.4794~5.9915μg(r=0.9994).The regression equation was y=1.7258x-0.4426,and the average sample recovery was%(RSD=99.0%).Conclusion The method is accurate,reliable and reproducible,and can be used for the quality control and evaluation of this preparation.
