摘　　要：“十四五”时期经济形势预测:世界经济短期有望反弹,长期复苏前景不甚乐观;我国经济发展长期向好,将对世界经济格局产生重要影响。2021年3月发布的《国民经济和社会发展第十四个五年规划和2035年远景目标纲要》明确指出:“‘十四五’时期推动高质量发展,必须立足新发展阶段、贯彻新发展理念、构建新发展格局。”进入新发展阶段明确了我国发展的历史方位,贯彻新发展理念明确了我国现代化建设的指导原则,构建新发展格局明确了我国经济现代化的路径选择,高质量发展是对经济社会发展的总要求。全面理解其丰富内涵,对企业把握政策走向、谋划长远发展意义重大。企业可借助改革东风,拥抱科技进步,善用金融资源,融入城市发展,回归社会价值,在国家、区域和行业发展命脉中找准坐标,把握机遇,作出正确的选择。This article puts forward two forecasts on global economic situation during the 14^(th)Five-Year Plan period:global economy is expected to rebound in the short term,but its long-term recovery prospect is not optimistic;China’s economy progresses positively in the long run,which will put an important impact on the global economic landscape.The outline of the 14^(th)Five-Year Plan for national economic and social development and the long-range objectives through the year 2035 published in March 2021 clearly formulates that we must base ourselves on the new development stage,act on the new development philosophy,and establish the new development paradigm in order to propel the high-quality development in the 14^(th)Five-Year Plan period.The new development stage clarifies the historic position of China’s development,the new development philosophy is the guiding principle of China’s modern construction,the new development paradigm is the choice for China’s economic modernization,and the high-quality development is the overall requirement for the economy and the society.It is of great significance for enterprises to grasp the direction of policies and plan a long-term development to comprehensively understand the rich connotation of high-quality development.They can go with the tide of reform,embrace technological advances,make good use of financial resources,and integrate into urban development,return to social values,locate their positions in regional and industrial development lifelines,seize the opportunities and make right choices.
