高速铁路对苏北经济的影响及对策研究

摘　　要：高速铁路在中国发展数十年,所达之处极大地推动了当地地方经济的发展。江苏作为经济大省,首先加入了发展高铁的行列,2010年苏南地区实现高铁全覆盖,而苏北地区高铁建设直至“十三五”规划期间才得到集中发展。文章分析了苏北高铁发展滞后的原因,阐述了苏北高铁发展现状,以及高铁为苏北经济带来的机遇和挑战,最后有针对性地提出对策建议。Decades have passed since high-speed railway developed in China.As an economic province,Jiangsu was ranked in the programme of high-speed railway development.Until 2010,South Jiangsu has achieved full coverage of high-speed railway.However,high-speed railway construction in North Jiangsu hasn t been developed until the“13th Five-year Plan”period.This paper analyzes the reasons why the development of high-speed railway in North Jiangsu lags behind.According to the current situation,it analyzes the opportunities and challenges brought by high-speed rail to economy of North Jiangsu,and finally puts forward specific regional planning suggestions for the development of high-speed railway industy in North Jiangsu.
