摘 要:近年来,中国经济快速发展,人们对生活质量的追求也随之提高。面对日趋激烈的市场竞争,大多数服装企业将精力集中放在生产方面,忽视仓库管理,导致仓储管理系统落后。其实,仓储管理在企业发展中起着举足轻重的作用,只有减少仓储成本的支出、解决仓储管理的关键问题才能获得企业的最大利润。文章通过对H服装厂的成品仓库布局和出入库作业流程分析,根据实际布局利用Flexsim软件建立仿真模型并运行分析,考虑是布局不合理造成的效率低下。为减少工作人员行走路线,提高搬运效率,对仓库布局进行改进,并对人员和设备配置进行优化,然后经对比仿真分析,证实改进后的方案可节约仓库场地,降低运营成本,提高设备利用率和人员作业效率。In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy,People's pursuit of high-quality life has also improved.In the face of increasingly fierce market competition,most clothing enterprises focus on production,and ignore warehouse management,which results in a backward warehouse management system.In fact,warehouse management plays an important role in the development of enterprises.Only by reducing the cost of warehousing and solving the key problems of warehouse management can enterprises obtain the maximum profits.In this paper,through the analysis of the finished product warehouse layout and warehousing operation process of H clothing factory,according to the actual layout,the simulation model is established by using Flexsim software and the operation analysis is carried out.It is considered that the efficiency is low due to the unreasonable layout.In order to reduce staff walking route and improve handling efficiency,we perfect the warehouse layout,and optimize personnel and equipment configuration.Through comparative simulation analysis,it is found that the improved scheme can save warehouse space,reduce operating costs,and improve equipment utilization and personnel operation efficiency.
