国家治理视域下优化高校智库建设分析研究

摘　　要：智库作为科学决策支撑的思想库,对国家治理发挥着重要的作用。新时期智库建设面临更多的挑战。与其他智库相比,高校智库具有围绕科学技术研究、融合多学科交叉性、人才资源充足等优势,但也存在影响力、传播力和运行效率不足的缺点。为发挥高校智库更大的作用,本文基于决策链下高校智库情报服务的功能定位,提出协同建设面向智库产品价值共创的情报体系,构建分析资源、组织要素、产业模式协同和保障机制,以期推动我国高校智库发展。As thought base supporting scientific decision-making,think tanks play an important role in national governance.In the new era,think tanks are facing more challenges.Compared with other think tanks,university think tanks have the advantages of focusing on scientific and technological research,integrating interdisciplinary and sufficient human resources.But university think tanks exist the disadvantages of insufficient influence,communication and operational efficiency.In order to give full play to the role of university think tanks,this paper proposes to build a collaborative intelligence system oriented to the value cocreation of think tanks,to analyze resources,organize elements,build industrial model coordination and guarantee mechanism,so as to promote the development of universitity think tanks in China.
