摘 要:本文以哔哩哔哩平台为例,从账号注册认证情况、视频数量、视频内容及主题、用户互动情况等角度,对我国高校图书馆视频服务现状进行调研。结果显示:高校图书馆B站账号开通率低,活跃度不足,影响力有限;视频质量参差不齐;从互动情况看,艺术创作类视频和知识类视频更受大学生欢迎。基于调研结果,提出高校图书馆视频服务开展建议,即积极入驻视频平台,构建新媒体服务矩阵;建立视频运营团队,创新视频内容,规范运营机制;充分利用平台功能,提高馆员新媒体技能;多方合作,为师生提供有价值、有深度的视频服务。Taking Bilibili platform as an example,this paper investigates the current situation of university library’s video service from aspects of account registration and authentication,quantity,content and theme and user interaction.The results show that:the opening rate of university library’s B station account is low,the activity is insufficient,the influence is limited,and the video quality is uneven.From the perspective of interaction,art creation videos and knowledge videos are more popular among college students.Based on the survey results,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the development of university library’s video service:university library should actively settle in the video platform,build a new media service matrix;establish a video operation team,innovate video content,and standardize the operation mechanism;make full use of the platform function,improve librarians’new media skills,and cooperate in many ways to provide valuable and in-depth video services for teachers and students.
