摘 要:艺术院校图书馆借助大数据为基础的"云系统",可以提升艺术院校在作品创作、演出、传播、授权、复原等环节的效率,也可以快速提升图书馆的信息搜索、资料利用、复原保护效率,从而达到信息管理规模超大化、资料使用便捷化和多种服务人性化等目的。本文探究了艺术院校图书馆运用"云系统"进行艺术信息资源管理的具体思路,认为利用"云系统"技术可以对馆藏各类字画、图片、设计、音频、视频、文字等类型的创意作品进行系统化的管理,对不同信息的链接、模块化处理等发挥合力作用,既可以展现出清晰、简洁的信息使用线索,又能让艺术院校图书馆信息资源管理更加科学化,进而提高馆藏作品的使用效率和价值。To rely on "cloud system" based on big data, art college libraries can improve the efficiency of art colleges in the aspects of creation, performance, dissemination, authorization and restoration, and it can also quickly improve the efficiency of information search, information utilization and restoration protection in libraries, so as to achieve the scale of information management, convenient use of data and a variety of human services and other goals. This paper probes into the concrete ideas of using "cloud system" to manage the art information resources in art college libraries, it is believed that the "cloud system" technology can be used to systematically manage all kinds of creative works, such as calligraphy, painting, pictures, design, audio, video and text, exerting the combined effect of "cloud system" technology on different information links and modularized processing, it can not only show clear and concise information use clues, but also make the information resource management of art college libraries more scientific, and then improve the use efficiency and value of the library collection.
