摘　　要：信息时代,有限的基藏书库物理空间与无限增长的基本藏书数量之间的矛盾日益突出。为探寻解决这一问题的新方法,本文分析了公共图书馆基藏书库馆藏空间布局面临的困境,阐述了公共图书馆基藏书库布局调整的作用和意义,并以原天津图书馆基本藏书布局调整为例,详细论述了公共图书馆基藏书库布局调整的有效措施,以期达到以空间换服务、以服务赢未来、最大限度地提升基藏书库空间布局的合理化、科学化目的。In the information age, the contradiction between the limited physical space of basic collection stacks and the unlimited increase of basic collection size is becoming more and more prominent. To find a new way to solve this problem, this paper analyzes the difficulties faced by the layout of basic collection stacks of public libraries, expounds the functions and significance of the adjustment of the layout of basic collection stacks of public libraries. Taking the adjustment of the layout of basic collection stacks of the former Tianjin Library as an example, this paper expounds in detail the effective measures for the adjustment of the layout of the basic collection stacks of the public library, in order to achieve the goal of exchanging space for service, winning the future with service, and promoting the rationalization and scientization of the spatial layout of the basic collection stacks to the maximum extent.
