摘　　要：涉网断路器是电厂与电网连接的重要单元,在电力系统中起调整运行方式及对系统中的故障隔离作用。目前分为两类:三相机械联动断路器三相共用一台操动机构,相间通过机械连杆连接,实现同时分合;分相电气联动断路器每相配置独立操动机构,实现电气联动。根据25项反措要求,新建220 kV及以下用于并网的断路器必须具备三相机械联动。电网及机组的安全性,进行了2号机组出口并网断路器由电气联动到三相机械联动的改造,期间克服了自主设计方案、安全距离不足、SF6气体回收、地基重筑等难题,过程中未发生不安全事件,运行至今安全可靠。The network-related circuit breaker is an important unit connecting the power plant and the power grid.It plays a role in adjusting the operation mode and isolating faults in the power system.There are currently two types:three-phase mechanical linkage circuit breakers share one operating mechanism for three phases,and the phases are connected by mechanical linkages to achieve simultaneous opening and closing;split-phase electrical linkage circuit breakers are equipped with independent operating mechanisms for each phase to achieve electrical linkage.According to the requirements of 25 countermeasures,newly built circuit breakers of 220 kV and below for grid connection must have three-phase mechanical linkage.For the safety of the power grid and units,the outlet grid-connected circuit breaker of Unit 2 was transformed from electrical linkage to three-phase mechanical linkage.During this period,independent design schemes,insufficient safety distance,sulfur hexafluoride gas recovery,and foundation reconstruction were overcome.The problem is that no unsafe incident occurred in the process,and the operation is safe and reliable so far.
