摘 要:近年来,科学技术的不断发展使压力容器产品的应用越来越普遍,焊接过程中自动化技术对工业的发展来说具有举足轻重的作用。而针对压力容器来说,焊接自动化技术多分为软件及硬件两个部分,但这两个部分不管是压力容器自动焊接设备或是工艺技术以及电子技术和信息技术,都是助推压力容器焊接自动化系统发展的关键基础。文章主要围绕压力容器焊接自动化技术展开论述,探讨压力容器焊接自动化技术的主要优势,并分析该项技术的具体应用。In recent years,the continuous development of science and technology has made the application of pressure vessel products more and more common,and the automation technology in the welding process plays an important role in the development of the industry.For pressure vessels,welding automation technology is mostly divided into two parts,software and hardware,but these two parts,whether it is pressure vessel automatic welding equipment or process technology,as well as electronic technology and information technology,all help pressure vessel welding.The key foundation for the development of automation systems.The discussion mainly focuses on the welding automation technology of pressure vessel,discusses the main advantages of the pressure vessel welding automation technology,and analyzes the specific application of this technology.
