摘  要:虫草素是冬虫夏草的主要活性成分之一,研究发现其具有抗肿瘤、抗病毒、免疫调节等多种药理活性。近年来,其抗肿瘤作用逐渐成为研究热点,包括肺癌、肝癌、乳腺癌等,其通过腺苷酸活化的蛋白激酶(AMPK)、磷脂酰肌醇-3激酶/蛋白激酶B(PI3K/Akt)、核因子-κB(NF-κB)等多种信号通路来抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、迁移和侵袭,并促进肿瘤细胞凋亡。就虫草素抗肿瘤作用的分子机制、具体应用中的存在问题及对策进行综述,以期为抗肿瘤新药研发提供参考。Cordycepin is one of the main active constituent of the Chinese traditional medicine Cordyceps sinensis.Multiple biological activities of it have been found in past researches,such as anti-tumor,antiviral,and immunomodulation.In recent years,its anti-tumor mechanism has increasingly become a research hotspot,and it has been studied in various tumors such as lung cancer,liver cancer,and breast cancer.It was found that cordycepin inhibits tumor cell proliferation,migration and invasion through AMPK,PI3K/Akt,NF-κB and other signal pathways,and promotes tumor cell apoptosis.The molecular mechanism of cordycepin in different tumors,and the problems in its application and the countermeasures are reviewed,in order to provide a reference for research and development of new anticancer drugs.
