通秘合剂治疗老年便秘气阴两虚证临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察通秘合剂治疗老年便秘气阴两虚证的临床疗效及对患者肠道菌群的影响。方法:选取70例老年便秘气阴两虚证患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组35例。治疗组给予通秘合剂治疗,对照组给予芪蓉润肠口服液治疗,2组均治疗1个月。比较2组临床疗效;比较2组治疗前后排便顺畅、粪便性状、便后汗出气喘、腹胀腹痛评分及大肠杆菌、乳酸杆菌、双歧杆菌水平和双歧杆菌/大肠杆菌(B/E)值。结果:治疗组总有效率为97.15%,高于对照组的77.14%(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组排便顺畅、粪便性状、便后汗出气喘及腹胀腹痛评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),治疗组上述4项症状评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);2组大肠杆菌、乳酸杆菌、双歧杆菌水平及B/E值均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),治疗组大肠杆菌、乳酸杆菌、双歧杆菌水平及B/E值均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:通秘合剂治疗老年便秘气阴两虚证,可明显改善患者的临床症状,提高其肠道内大肠杆菌、乳酸杆菌和双歧杆菌水平。Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Tongmi mixture for senile patients with constipation with qi-yin deficiency syndrome and its effect on intestinal flora. Methods:A total of 70 cases of senile patients with constipation with qiyin deficiency syndrome were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, 35 cases in each group. The treatment group was given Tongmi mixture,and the control group was given Qirong Runchang oral liquid.Both groups were treated for one month. The clinical effect was compared between the two groups. Before and after treatment,scores of stool characteristics,sweating and panting after defecate,abdominal distension and abdominal pain,and defecation smoothness were compared between the two groups. Before and after treatment,levels of escherichia coli,lactobacillus,and bifidobacterium,as well as the ratio of bifidobacterium to escherichia coli(B/E) were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate was 97.15% in the treatment group, higher than that of 77.14% in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment,scores of stool characteristics,sweating and panting after defecation,abdominal distension and abdominal pain,and defecation smoothness in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the four symptom scores above in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment,levels of escherichia coli,lactobacillus,and bifidobacterium,as well as the B/E value in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05), and the four indexes above in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:In the treatment of senile patients with constipation with qi-yin deficiency syndrome, Tongmi mixture can significantly improve their clinical symptoms, and improve levels of escherichia coli,lactobacillus,and bifidobacterium.
