红藤煎灌肠液联合常规抗生素治疗慢性盆腔炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察红藤煎灌肠液联合左氧氟沙星、奥硝唑治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法:将90例慢性盆腔炎患者随机分为对照组和观察组各45例。对照组给予左氧氟沙星及奥硝唑治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用红藤煎灌肠液保留灌肠治疗。检测2组治疗前后血清超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、单核细胞趋化蛋白-1 (MCP-1)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平,观察比较2组临床疗效及治疗期间不良反应情况。结果:观察组总有效率为93.33%,对照组为77.78%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组hs-CRP、MCP-1、TNF-α水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组上述指标均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组各项指标均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为6.67%,对照组为17.78%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:红藤煎灌肠液联合常规抗生素治疗慢性盆腔炎能提高临床疗效,显著降低血清炎症因子水平,疗效安全可靠。Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Hongtengjian enema liquid combined with levofloxacin and ornidazole for chronic pelvic inflammation. Methods: A total of 90 cases of patients with chronic pelvic inflammation were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with levofloxacin and ornidazole,and the observation group was additionally treated with retention enema with Hongtengjian enema liquid based on the treatment of the control group. Before and after treatment, the levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),monocyte chemotactic protein 1(MCP-1) and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) in serum in the two groups were detected. The clinical effect and the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment in the two groups were observed and compared. Results:The total effective rate was 93.33% in the observation group and 77.78% in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of levels ofhs-CRP,MCP-1 and TNF-α between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the above indexes in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 6.67% in the observation group and 17.78% in the control group, the difference being significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Hongtengjian enema liquid combined with routine antibiotics for chronic pelvic inflammation can improve the curative effect, effectively reduce inflammatory factors in serum,whose curative effect is effective,safe and reliable.
