金刚藤胶囊联合氯喹那多-普罗雌烯阴道片治疗慢性宫颈炎临床研究  

Clinical Study on Jingangteng Capsules Combined with Chlorquinaldol-Promestriene Vaginal Tablets for Chronic Cervicitis

摘　　要：目的:观察金刚藤胶囊联合氯喹那多-普罗雌烯阴道片治疗湿热下注型慢性宫颈炎的临床疗效。方法:选取128例湿热下注型高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染的慢性宫颈炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组64例。对照组给予氯喹那多-普罗雌烯阴道片治疗,研究组给予金刚藤胶囊联合氯喹那多-普罗雌烯阴道片治疗。21 d为1个疗程,2组均治疗3个疗程。观察2组治疗前和治疗3个疗程后血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-6 (IL-6)及白细胞介素-8 (IL-8)的变化,比较2组的临床疗效及高危型HPV核酸检测结果转阴情况,观察治疗期间药物不良反应的发生情况,统计治疗结束后1年内的宫颈炎复发情况。结果:治疗3个疗程后,研究组临床疗效总有效率为95.31%,对照组为82.81%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组血清TNF-α、hs-CRP、IL-6及IL-8水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),研究组4项指标值均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组转阴率为89.06%,对照组转阴率为75.00%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗结束后1年内,研究组宫颈炎复发率13.11%,对照组宫颈炎复发率35.85%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者在治疗期间均未出现药物不良反应。结论:金刚藤胶囊联合氯喹那多-普罗雌烯阴道片治疗可有效减轻湿热下注型慢性宫颈炎患者的炎症反应,缓解临床症状,提高高危型HPV清除率,增加疗效稳定性。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Jingangteng capsules combined with chlorquinaldol-promestriene vaginal tablets for patients with chronic cervicitis of dampness-heat pouring downward type. Methods:A total of 128 cases of patients with chronic cervicitis caused by high-risk human papillomavirus(HPV) infection of dampness-heat pouring downward type were selected as the study objects,and divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method,64 cases in each group. The control group was given chlorquinaldol-promestriene vaginal tablets,and the study group was given Jingangteng capsules combined with chlorquinaldol-promestriene vaginal tablets.Both groups were treated for three courses, 21 days being a course. Before treatment and after three courses,changes in levels of inflammatory factors including tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), hypersensitivity C-reaction protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),and interleukin-8(IL-8) in serum were observed in the two groups. The clinical effect and the status of high-risk HPV nucleic acid detection results turning negative was compared between the two groups. The adverse reactions were comparaed between the two groups during treatment were observed. During the first year after treatment,the recurrence of cervicitis was counted. Results: After three courses, the total effective rate was 95.31% in the study group,and 82.81% in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05). After three courses,contents of TNF-α,hs-CRP, IL-6, and IL-8 in serum in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the four contents above in serum in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).
