摘　　要：以成渝地区5所医院为例,从医院日间光环境满意度,医疗场所的照度、照度均匀度、色温、显色指数、眩光以及照明控制方式等多方面入手,通过对照明质量相关数据的统计,并与国内外标准的相关要求对比分析,重点阐述医院的公共区域、诊室、治疗室、护士站、病房、重症监护室等典型场所存在的普遍问题,总结问题产生的原因。以期在以后的医疗建筑照明设计过程中提供更好的解决方案,提高医院照明舒适度。The lighting quality data of five hospitals in Chengdu and Chongqing,which are about daytime luminous environment satisfaction,illuminance,uniformity ratio of illuminance,color temperature,color rendering index,glare,lighting control mode and so on,are summed up and compared with relevant requirements in the applicable domestic and foreign standards;the common problems in typical places in hospitals,such as public areas,consulting rooms,treatment rooms,nursing stations,wards and ICUs,are highlighted in discussion,and their causes are figured out,in a bid to provide better solutions in future lighting designs of medical buildings to improve the lighting comfort of hospitals.
