摘　　要：多杀性巴氏杆菌是一种宿主嗜性广泛的人兽共患病原菌,常导致动物呼吸系统疾病、出血性败血症、人的蜂窝织炎和皮肤脓肿。拟对目前已被广泛研究和新发现的多杀性巴氏杆菌毒力因子做一综述,具体包括脂多糖(lipopolysaccharide,LPS)、荚膜(capsula)、外膜蛋白(outer membrane proteins,OMPs)、三聚体自转运蛋白、多杀性巴氏杆菌毒素(Pasteurella multocida toxin,PMT)、黏附相关因子、Ⅳ型菌毛(PtfA)、丝状血球凝集素蛋白(PfhB)、蛋白酶及其他,以期为多杀性巴氏杆菌致病机制及新型疫苗的研究提供参考。Pasteurella multocidais a kind of important zoonotic pathogen with a wide range of host tropism,it often causes respiratory diseases and hemorrhagic septicemia in animals,as well as cellulitis and skin abscesses in humans.This article reviews its virulence factors that have been extensively studied and newly discovered,including lipopolysaccharide(LPS),capsule,outer membrane proteins(OMPs),three aggregate autotransporters,Pasteurella multocida toxin(PMT),adhesion-related factors,typeⅣfimbriae(PtfA),filamentous hemagglutinin protein(PfhB)and proteases,aiming to provide references for the research on the pathogenic mechanism of Pasteurellaspp.and new vaccines.
