摘 要:针对烷基糖苷在钻井液中加量大、抑制性有待提高的问题,研制出了阳离子烷基糖苷(CAPG)产品,其是一种具有突出抑制性能的泥页岩井壁稳定剂。对阳离子烷基糖苷产品的抑制性能进行了评价。具体包括岩屑回收率、相对抑制率、页岩膨胀高度等。评价结果表明,120℃高温滚动16 h,5.0%CAPG的岩屑一次回收率达95.55%,岩屑相对回收率达99.11%;150℃高温滚动16 h,3.0%CAPG对钙土基浆的相对抑制率达100%;25.0%CAPG的页岩膨胀高度降低率为39.14%。CAPG产品抑制防塌性能优异,可有效解决强水敏性泥页岩等易坍塌地层的井壁失稳问题,实现安全高效钻井,应用前景广阔。In order to solve the problem of large dosage of alkyl polyglucoside in drilling fluid and its inhibition performance need to be improved,the cationic alkyl polyglucoside(CAPG)product was developed,which is a kind of shale wellbore stabilizer with outstanding inhibition performance.The inhibition performance of cationic alkyl polyglucoside was evaluated.Specifically,it includes cuttings recovery rate,relative inhibition rate,shale expansion height,etc.The evaluation results show that,after rolling at 120℃for 16 h,the first recovery rate of cuttings by 5.0%CAPG is 95.55%,and the relative recovery rate of cuttings is 99.11%;after rolling at 150℃for 16 h,the relative inhibition rate of 3.0%CAPG on calcareous mud is 100%;the reduction rate of shale swelling height of 25.0%CAPG is 39.14%.CAPG products have excellent inhibition and anti collapse performance,which can effectively solve the wellbore instability problem of collapsible formations such as easily hydrated shale mudstone and shale,and to achieve the technical goal of safe and efficient drilling,with broad application prospects.
