摘  要:简要介绍水煤浆净化合成装置NHD脱碳工艺的工艺原理及流程,分析NHD脱碳装置工艺气出口净化度的影响因素,其包括:系统压力与空速、吸收操作温度、NHD溶液再生贫度、NHD溶液水含量、NHD溶液过滤等。针对以上因素给出调整措施,涵盖适当提高吸收压力降低空速、降低吸收温度等系统调整以及提高溶液过滤和再生度等现场整改,从而优化产品质量。Briefly introduce the process principle and process of the NHD decarburization device of the coal water slurry purification synthesis unit,and analyze the influencing factors of the purification degree of the NHD decarburization process,comprising:system pressure and airspeed,the operating temperature of absorption,regeneration of the lean solution NHD,NHD solution water content,NHD solution filtration,etc.Given adjustments for the above factors,including system adjustments such as appropriately increasing the absorption pressure,reducing the airspeed,and reducing absorption temperature,as well as on-site rectifications such as improving solution filtration and regeneration,so as to optimize product quality.
