反渗透技术在制药用纯化水制备中的应用分析

摘　　要：纯化水在电子、环保、医疗等领域应用广泛。不同行业纯化水的水质标准有所不同,选择适合的生产技术与工艺一直是行业研究和应用的热点。反渗透水处理技术具有常温操作、节能环保、自动化程度高以及产水稳定等优点,是最先进的水处理方法之一。利用反渗透膜法制备纯化水在医疗机构应用颇多,如血液透析用水、制药用水等。药用纯化水,在药物制剂过程中用量大,使用广。介绍了某医疗机构采用二级反渗透膜法结合预处理工艺制取药用纯化水的应用。运行结果表明,其回收率和脱盐率高,产水量稳定,出水满足2020年版《中国药典》制药纯化用水标准。同时,提出了反渗透膜法制备药用纯化水的应用要点,旨在为行业人士提供有价值的借鉴和帮助。Purified water is widely used in the industry of electron,environmental protection,medical application and so on.The standards of purified water are different in different industries.The proper production techniques and processes for purified water have become hot spots of research and application in recent years.The reverse osmosis technology,one of the most advanced water treatment technologies,has advantages of normal temperature operation,energy conservation and environmental protection,high degree of automation and stable production of purified water.There are many applications of reverse osmosis technology in medical institutions,such as purified water for hemodialysis and pharmaceutical use.The purified water is one of different levels of water in pharmaceutical industry with the largest and widest use.The application of two levels of reverse osmosis membrane with pretreatment process was introduced.The operation result showed that the water output flow was stable with high recovery rate and high desalination rate,and product water quality met the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2020 purified water standards.In addition,application keys of reverse osmosis system in pure water treatment were shared,aiming to provide valuable reference and help for the industry.
