摘 要:多环芳烃(Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons,PAHs)是一种稠环状的有机污染物,对环境的危害十分严重,还会对人体产生潜在的危害如致癌和致突变作用。这些危险是源于多环芳烃很难在自然条件下被降解,同时由于多环芳烃具有较强的吸附性,所以不易溶于水,而易与土壤共存。而微生物降解修复技术是目前去除土壤中多环芳烃最环保和最高效经济的途径,是当下研究的主要方向。本文主要对影响多环芳烃降解的因素、优化微生物降解体系的方法,提高降解效率等方面进行综述,并对微生物降解的发展前景进行展望,可为开发更有效环保的降解方法提供参考。Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)are a kind of thick cyclic organic pollutants,which are very serious to the environment and have potential harm to human body,such as carcinogenesis and mutagenesis.These risks are due to the fact that PAHs are difficult to be degraded under natural conditions.At the same time,because PAHs have strong adsorbability,they are not easily soluble in water,but easily coexist with soil.At present,microbial degradation and remediation technology is the most environmentally friendly and efficient and economical way to remove PAHs from soil,and it is the main direction of current research.In this paper,the factors affecting PAHs degradation,methods for optimizing microbial degradation system,improving degradation efficiency and other aspects were reviewed,and the development prospects of microbial degradation were prospected,which could provide reference for the development of more effective and environmentally friendly degradation methods.
