摘  要:软开关技术是实现非隔离逆变器高频化及高变换效率的重要途径;同时,新的并网标准要求光伏并网逆变器具有更宽的功率因数运行范围。为此,该文提出一种基于高效可靠逆变器(highly efficient reliable inverter concept,HERIC)拓扑的新型零电流转换并网逆变电路。通过谐振网络的分区域工作模式配合逆变器的无功运行分段调制策略,将软开关运行目标从单位功率因数下的两象限推广到非单位功率因数下的四象限。该文详细分析了软开关逆变器的工作原理,并讨论其谐振轨迹特征、参数设计方法及器件电压电流应力等。最后通过搭建一台50k Hz、1kW原理样机验证了该新型逆变器的可行性。Soft-switching technique is an important way to achieve high frequency and high conversion efficiency for transformerless inverters(TLIs). Meanwhile, new technical standards require grid-connected inverters having a wider power factor range to support grid voltage. In order to fulfill these requirements, a novel zero-current-switching(ZCS) HERIC inverter with full power factor range has been proposed in this paper. By combining piecewise modulation strategy with dual operation modes of ZCS resonant tanks, soft-switching operation of TLIs has been extended to non-unity power factor conditions. The operation principle of the proposed ZCS inverter was analyzed in detail. Furthermore, the resonance trajectory characteristic, resonant parameters design and voltage and current stresses of power devices were also discussed. Finally, the validity of the proposed inverter was verified by a prototype rated at 50 kHz and 1 kW.
