摘 要:针对一艘15万吨原油轮分段建造划分的决策问题,分析船舶分段建造过程中影响分段划分的各个因素,确立5个一级指标和14个二级指标,构建面向生产的分段划分方案择优评估指标体系,采用德尔菲法和层次分析法相结合的方法,对评估指标的权重进行客观分配。采用模糊综合评估法和灰色聚类分析法对定量、定性的指标开展综合性评价。实践证明,该方法为原油轮的分段划分选择提供理论支持,有效防止因划分方案悬而未决导致工程拖期,也为船舶行业提供一套快捷方便的分段建造划分决策的方案。Aiming at the decision-making problem of the segment construction division of a 150000 t crude oil tanker,the factors that affect the division during ship segmented construction are analyzed.The best-selecting evaluation index system for production-oriented segment division scheme is established with 5 first-class indexes and 14 second-class indexes.The AHP methods with Delphi are used together to objectively assign the weight of evaluation indicators.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and the grey clustering analysis method are used to comprehensively evaluate the quantitative and qualitative indexes.The practice proves that the method offers theoretical support for the segment division of the ship,which effectively prevents the project delays caused by suspended division scheme.Also a set of quick and convenient division of decision-making scheme for segment construction is provided for the shipbuilding industry.
