摘　　要：基于艉滑道式小艇收放技术的全球专利,运用检索、标引、统计和对比等分析方法,从专利申请趋势、专利布局区域、主要申请人和专利技术分布等方面分析全球艉滑道式小艇收放技术的发展态势。通过专利申请趋势和布局区域分析,总结国内外艉滑道式小艇收放技术发展现状;通过主要申请人的分析,识别出艉滑道式小艇收放领域的技术竞争对手及优势方向;通过专利的技术分布及法律状态分析,研究艉滑道式小艇收放领域技术的分布现状,识别出该领域核心技术,从而为中国艉滑道式小艇收放技术前瞻性布局与创新引导政策制定提供有益参考。Based on the global patents of stern-slipway launch and retrieval technology,using the analysis methods of retrieval,indexing,statistics and comparison,the global developing trend of stern-slipway launch and retrieval technology for boats in the world are analyzed in terms of patent application trend,patent layout region,main application institutions and technology layout.Through the analysis of patent application trend and patent layout region,the developing status of stern-slipway launch and retrieval technology at home and abroad is summarized.Potential technical opponents and advantage directions in the field of stern-slipway launch and retrieval are identified through the analysis of main application institutions.Through the analysis of technology layout of patents and the law situation,the current layout situation of stern-slipway launch and retrieval field technology is studied,and the core technology in the field is identified.It can provide useful reference for the forward-looking layout and making innovation guidance policy of stern-slipway launch and retrieval technology in China.
