我国高等教育区域布局结构的变化与分析——基于2009—2019年教育统计数据

摘　　要：从区域经济发展和高等教育资源分配的角度,以国家统计局与教育部发展规划司公布的2009—2019年教育统计数据为分析对象,对我国高等教育区域布局结构进行研究,结果发现:2009—2019年,我国高等教育落后地区的高等教育规模得到了较快发展,高等教育区域布局结构整体上得到了优化,区域人口数量对区域高等教育规模扩大的影响力不断增强,而区域经济的影响力则逐渐减弱;但优质高等教育资源区域布局失衡问题仍然存在,高层次人才培养仍然不足。在未来,可通过继续向高等教育发展落后区域实施倾斜政策、创新"双一流"高校认定标准、构建区域高等教育发展联盟、适度扩大研究生规模促进高等教育区域布局结构的进一步优化。From the perspective of regional economic development and the allocation of higher education resources,this paper analyzes the education statistics from 2009 to 2019 published by the National Bureau of statistics and the development planning department of the Ministry of education,through studying the regional distribution structure of higher education in China,the results show that:from 2009 to2019,the scale of higher education in China’s backward areas of higher education has been developed rapidly,the regional layout structure of higher education has been optimized as a whole,the influence of regional population on the expansion of regional higher education scale is increasing,while the influence of regional economy is gradually weakening,however,the imbalance of regional distribution of high-quality higher education resources still exists,and the cultivation of high-level talents is still insufficient.In the future,we can further optimize the regional distribution structure of higher education by continuing to implement preferential policies to the backward areas of higher education development,innovating the accreditation standards of double first-class universities,building regional higher education development alliance,and moderately expanding the scale of graduate students.
