摘　　要：家庭经济困难大学生就业能力相对薄弱,高校应将资助育人工作与就业指导紧密结合,帮助家庭经济困难大学生实现更高质量的就业。本研究基于对家庭经济困难大学生受助和就业相关情况的调查分析,探索资助方式对家庭经济困难大学生就业能力的影响,并对进一步优化就业服务工作提出若干意见与建议。Considering the relative disadvantages of impoverished college students in seeking employment,it is advisable that colleges should closely combine subsidized education with employment guidance to help them achieve higher-quality employment.Based on the data related to the assistance received by the impoverished college students and their actual employment,this paper explores how different forms of financial assistance can affect their ability to seek employment,and puts forward the authors’opinions and suggestions on how to further optimize the employment service work.
