摘　　要：文章以美国法学院图书馆法律文献服务为研究目的,以美国法学院图书馆法律文献服务运行实践为考察对象,解析美国法学院图书馆法律文献服务规则、服务现状、改革路径。其对我国政法院校图书馆法律文献服务的借鉴与启示在于:图书馆应在馆内设立法律文献检索中心;政法院校应将《法律检索》课程纳入《高级法律文献检索》课程设置中,将其从理论课程转变为实践课程,并邀请参考咨询馆员开设《高级法律文献检索》课程。Taking the operational practice of American law school libraries as the research object,the paper studies the public access to legal literature services in American law university libraries,analyzes the rule of legal literature services,the current situation and the reform path of the legal literature services of them,aiming at providing reference and inspiration to the libraries of China’s university of political science and law.And it argues that the libraries should set up the legal literature search center,the university of political science and law should incorporate the course of"Legal Retrieval"into the curriculum of " Advanced Legal Literature Retrieval",transform it from a theoretical course to a practical one,and invite reference librarians to offer the curriculum.
