摘　　要：为了培养图书馆读者生态素养,促进其心理健康发展,以“生态主义文本”为阅读内容,结合自然情景,进行了一项针对特定读者的探索性生态阅读疗愈实验。通过对实验前后的对比分析发现,依托现实自然情景并深入阅读生态主义文本,对读者的心理认知、行为活动产生了潜移默化的正向影响。可见,图书馆开展生态阅读疗愈具有积极意义,值得全面推广。In order to cultivate the ecological literacy of college students and promote their mental health development,the survey conducted an in-depth reading experiment for specific readers based on the reading content of*l natural and ecological mental health book list"and the natural ecological situation.Through the comparative analysis before and after the reading experiment,it is found that:relying on the real scene and in-depth reading of natural ecological works,it has a positive impact on the readers'psychological cognition and behavior activities,and verifies the important value of reading therapy.The research conclusion has certain reference significance for the library to comprehensively promote reading therapy.
