基于急诊绿色通道患者的院间转诊困境及对策

摘　　要：以急诊急救大平台为载体的胸痛、卒中或创伤绿色通道患者,在上转时不能及时进入绿色通道的情况时有发生,面临再次转诊,导致患者救治延误,预后不佳,甚至出现生命危险。文章基于急诊绿色通道分析目前院间转诊供给侧存在的主要困境,积极探索解决办法,通过实施绿色通道联盟,进一步建立院间转诊指挥中心,以期提高急诊绿色通道患者及其他患者院间转诊的时效性、确定性和合理性,从而挽救患者生命,改善预后,降低伤残。The patients with chest pain,stroke or trauma in the emergency rescue platform are sometimes troubled by the failure to enter the fast treatment channel in time during their transfer to a higher level of hospital,leading to the necessity of referral again,which might result in delayed treatment,poor prognosis and even presence of life-threatening. In this paper,the main difficulties in the supply side of emergency fast channel-based interhospital referral were analyzed and the solutions were put forward. The establishment of emergency fast-channel alliance and the interhospital referral command center may help enhance in the timeliness,certainty and rationality of the interhospital referral of both the emergency fast-channel patients and other patients, thereby saving patients’ lives,improving their prognosis and reducing their disability rate.
