摘  要:采用"三维电氧化+光芬顿+电催化氧化"组合的高级氧化工艺,以深圳某垃圾填埋厂垃圾渗滤液膜浓缩液为处理对象,进行了120d的中试,考察组合工艺各处理单元对膜浓缩液中COD、氨氮和总氮的去除效率,并评估了处理成本。试验结果表明上述组合工艺对膜浓缩液中COD的去除率达到98.3%,氨氮的去除率达到98.9%,总氮的去除率达到94.5%,处理出水水质达到《生活垃圾填埋场污染控制标准》(GB 16889-2008)排放要求。每吨浓缩液的处理成本为61.45元。The landfill leachate membrane concentrate from a landfill field in Shenzhen was treated in pilot by three dimensional electrochemical oxidation,UV-Fenton and DSA(Dimensionally Stable Anodes)electrochemical oxidation.The removal efficiency of COD,ammonia nitrogen,and total nitrogen were 98.3%,98.9%,and 94.5%during the 120 days continuous experiments.The COD and ammonia nitrogen of the effluent met the requirements for the limits of direct discharge in GB 16889-2008.The operational cost of the treatment processes is 61.45 RMB/m3.
