摘　　要：目的探究克霉唑阴道片与制霉素阴道栓治疗妊娠合并念珠菌性阴道炎的临床效果及对性生活质量、不良反应的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2019年12月我院收治的360例妊娠合并念珠菌性阴道炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字法将其分为制霉素组(180例,制霉素阴道栓治疗)和克霉唑组(180例,克霉唑阴道片治疗)。比较两组患者治疗前及治疗1周后的阴道菌群培养结果、性生活质量、症状改善情况及不良反应发情况。结果治疗1周后,两组的乳酸杆菌活菌计数均升高,且克霉唑组明显高于制霉素组(P<0.05);治疗1周后,两组的葡萄球菌活菌计数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1周后,两组的肠杆菌活菌计数、酵母菌活菌计数均降低,且克霉唑组明显低于制霉素组(P<0.05)。治疗1周后,两组性生活质量各项评分均升高,且克霉唑组明显高于制霉素组(P<0.05)。治疗1周后,克霉唑组的症状改善总有效率明显高于制霉素组,不良反应总发生率明显低于制霉素组(P<0.05)。结论克霉唑阴道片治疗妊娠合并念珠菌性阴道炎的临床效果优于制霉阴道栓治疗,可调节阴道菌群,提高女性性生活质量,且不良反应发生率低,值得临床推广和应用。Objective To explore the clinical effects of clotrimazole vaginal tablets and nysfungin vaginal suppositories in the treatment of pregnancy complicated with Candidal vaginitis and their influences on the quality of sexual life and adverse reactions.Methods A total of 360 pregnant women with Candidal vaginitis admitted in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and the women were divided into nysfungin group(180 cases,treated with nysfungin vaginal suppositories)and clotrimazole group(180 cases,treated with clotrimazole vaginal tablets)by random number method.The results of vaginal flora culture,quality of sexual life,improvement of symptoms and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before treatment and after 1 week of treatment.Results After 1 week of treatment,the viable count of Lactobacillus increased in both groups,and that in the clotrimazole group was significantly higher than the nysfungin group(P<0.05);after 1 week of treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the viable count of Staphylococci between the two groups(P>0.05);after one week of treatment,the viable count of Enterobacteria and Yeasts decreased in both groups,and those in the clotrimazole group were significantly lower the nysfungin group(P<0.05).After 1 week of treatment,the scores of the quality of sexual life in both groups increased,and those in the clotrimazole group were significantly higher than the nysfungin group(P<0.05).After 1 week of treatment,the total effective rate of symptom improvement in the clotrimazole group was significantly higher than that of the nystatin group,while the total incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that of the nystatin group(P<0.05).Conclusion Clotrimazole vaginal tablets in the treatment of pregnancy complicated with Candidal vaginitis has better clinical effect compared with nysfungin vaginal suppositories.It can adjust the vaginal flora,improve the quality of female sexual life,and has
