疏经通督推拿法联合下颌运动训练对脑瘫患儿下颌运动功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨疏经通督推拿法联合下颌运动训练对脑瘫患儿下颌运动功能的影响。方法选取2020年5月至2021年5月西安中医脑病医院脑瘫科收治的62例脑瘫患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组31例。对照组行下颌运动训练,研究组在对照组基础上联合疏经通督推拿法。比较两组的下颌运动功能、构音障碍程度、咬肌肌电值。结果治疗后,两组的下颌运动功能评分均升高,且研究组高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的构音障碍程度轻于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组静息状态的咬肌肌电值均降低,主动收缩状态的咬肌肌电值均升高,且研究组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论疏经通督推拿法联合下颌运动训练在脑瘫患儿中的应用效果显著,可提高下颌运动功能,改善构音障碍,缓解肌张力。Objective To explore the effect of dredging meridians and unblocking governor massage method combined with mandibular motor training on mandibular motor function in children with cerebral palsy.Methods From May 2020 to May 2021,62 children with cerebral palsy admitted in the cerebral palsy department of Xi'an traditional Chinese medicine encephalopathy hospital were selected as the research objects,the children were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.The control group received mandibular motor training,and the study group received dredging meridians and unblocking governor massage method on the basis of the control group.Mandibular motor function,degree of dysarthria and electromyographic value of masseter muscle were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the mandibular motor function score in the two groups increased,and that in the study group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The degree of dysarthria in the study group was lighter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the resting state electromyographic value of masseter muscle in the two groups decreased,while the active contraction state electromyographic value of masseter muscle increased,and those in the study group were better than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Dredging meridians and unblocking governor massage method combined with mandibular motor training in children with cerebral palsy has a significant application effect,which can ameliorate the mandibular motor function,improve dysarthria and relieve muscle tension.
