摘  要:首钢京唐公司连铸连轧生产线投产后,由于剪鼓装配的消隙机构装配精度问题两次剪切不断造成堆钢。针对该问题,对高速飞剪剪鼓装配的消隙机构进行了分析。按照分析结果,制定改进方案,使用效果良好,为同类设备类似问题提供参考借鉴。After the continuous casting and rolling production line of Jingtang Company of Shougang was put into operation,the high speed flying shears for two times caused continuous stacking due to assembly accuracy problem of the clearance elimination device of the shear sassette.In order to solve this problem,the clearance limination device of the shear sassette of the high speed flying shear were analyzed.According to the analysis results,the improvement scheme was developed,and the application effect was good,providing reference for similar problems of similar equipment.
