摘　　要：以齿轮箱油液理化指标、元素光谱分析和污染度等测试数据为基础,依据电力行业相关标准对内蒙古西部地区某风电场运行3年的齿轮油进行分析,进一步结合齿轮箱内窥镜检查结果对齿轮箱运行中主要失效原因进行探讨。Based on the test data of the physical and chemical indicators of gearbox oil,elemental spectrum analysis and pollution degree,according to the relevant standards of the electric power industry,the gear oil of a wind farm in western Inner Mongolia is analyzed for three years.Furthermore,the main failure causes of the gearbox in operation are discussed based on the results of endoscopy.
