摘  要:介绍了650 MW汽轮发电机定子绕组冷却水系统的构成,分析了发电机定子绕组正向严密性试验合格,但发电机整体气密性试验不能保压的原因。通过检查发现,发电机定子引出线汇流管法兰密封垫存在老化和加工不规范现象,进而引起发电机定子绕组冷却水系统出现“单向逆止阀”效应。在此基础上对发电机定子绕组冷却水系统严密性试验的策略进行了探讨。The composition of the cooling water system for the stator winding of a 650 MW turbo-generator is introduced.The reason why the generator stator winding is qualified in the forward tightness test,but the generator's overall air tightness test cannot maintain pressure is analyzed.Through inspection,it is found that the flange gasket of the generator stator lead-out line manifold has aging and irregular processing,which in turn causes the"one-way check valve"effect in the generator stator winding cooling water system.On this basis,the strategy of the tightness test of the generator stator winding cooling water system is discussed.
