摘 要:换流阀作为直流输电工程的核心设备之一,其可靠稳定运行对直流输电系统显得尤为重要。换流阀本体主要采用户内安装、悬吊式设计,其整体结构复杂,电气和机械接头繁多,并长期运行在高电压、大电流、强电磁场环境下,阀塔内非阻燃材料、器件故障、接头发热、水路或局部放电等导致的火灾时有发生。为此,分析梳理换流阀火灾发生机理,制定换流阀的年度检修、抽检测试等运维防火措施,提出一种近距离、安全高效的阀塔自动升降灭火系统设计方案,该方案采用清洁、无二次污染的全氟己酮灭火剂介质,依据不同的悬吊布置方式设计了剪叉式和支撑式两种升降灭火结构,其结构设计有效减少灭火后挫力,保障灭火时的精准稳定性,同时结合阀厅火灾报警信息判断相应的起火阀塔,以及阀组及空调等停运状态信息连锁控制,安全可靠启动灭火升降系统,自动跟踪阀层着火点开展高效灭火,有效避免阀塔火情扩大,降低了火灾损失。As one of the core equipments of DC power transmission project,the reliable and stable operation of converter valve is particularly important for DC power transmission system.The converter valve body mainly adopts indoor installation and suspension design.Its overall structure is complex,electrical and mechanical joints are various,and long-term operation in high voltage,large current,strong electromagnetic field environment.Fire occurs frequently due to non-flame retardant materials in the valve tower,device failure,joint heating,water or partial discharge.Therefore,analysis of the carding mechanism of converter valve fires,formulate the annual maintenance of converter valve,sampling test operations such as fire prevention measures,and puts forward a kind of close,safe and efficient automatic lifting valve tower fire extinguishing system design scheme,this scheme uses the clean,no secondary pollution of perfluorinated hexanone agent medium,according to the different ways of suspension layout design and support type,designing two kinds of elevating shear extinguishing structure,the structure design is effective to reduce tumbled after the fire,security fire precision stability,at the same time,comprehensive fire alarm information to determine the corresponding fire valve valve hall tower,combined with valve set and air conditioning service status information interlock control,The fire extinguishing and lifting system can be started safely and reliably,and the ignition point of the valve layer can be automatically tracked to carry out efficient fire extinguishing,which can effectively avoid the expansion of the fire in the valve tower and reduce the fire loss.
