摘 要:文章分析了猪场臭气的主要成分、成因及危害。从产生源头、产生过程、末端处理三个方面对目前应用于规模猪场的臭气控制及减排技术进行了总结和归纳。同时在已有研究的基础上结合生产实际,分析了已有技术的不足之处,并对未来规模猪场除臭技术的研究进行了展望,以期为规模猪场臭气控制及减排技术的集成和发展提供思路,为实际养猪生产中臭气控制和减排技术的选择提供依据。In this paper,the main components,causes and hazards of pig farm odor was analyzed.And the current odor control and emission reduction technologies were introduced form three aspects including production source,the production process and end treatment.At the same time based on the previous studies combined with production practice,the shortcomings of these technologies were analyzed,and future perspectives were also proposed.The result can give a deep upstanding of odor control and emission reduction technologies,providing new ideas for technology integration and development,as well as reference for selecting technology in practice.
