非洛地平联合缬沙坦治疗高血压的临床效果评价

摘　　要：目的分析非洛地平联合缬沙坦治疗高血压的临床效果。方法112例高血压患者,按照门诊号数的奇偶分为单纯非洛地平组与联合缬沙坦组,各56例。单纯非洛地平组给予非洛地平行治疗,联合缬沙坦组在单纯非洛地平组基础上再口服缬沙坦治疗。比较两组治疗前后的血压水平、不良反应发生情况及临床疗效。结果联合缬沙坦组治疗总有效率为96.42%,高于单纯非洛地平组的83.92%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组收缩压与舒张压均较治疗前降低,且联合缬沙坦组分别为(132.34±3.55)、(84.82±1.39)mmHg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa),均低于单纯非洛地平组的(146.30±2.60)、(90.52±1.43)mmHg,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合缬沙坦组不良反应发生率为5.36%,低于单纯非洛地平组的35.71%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对高血压采用非洛地平联合缬沙坦治疗,可获得临床满意的效果,且不良反应少,值得临床应用。Objective To analyzes the clinical efficacy of felodipine combined with valsartan in the treatment of hypertension.Methods 112 patients with hypertension were divided into a sole-felodipine group and a combined-valsartan group according to the odd or even number of outpatient service,with 56 patients in each group.The sole-felodipine group was only administrated with felodipine,while the combined-valsartan group was orally administrated with valsartan in addition to the felodipine that administrated to the solefelodipine group.The blood pressure level,the incidence of adverse reactions and the clinical efficacy prior and after treatment were compared between these two groups.Results The overall clinical efficacy of the combinedvalsartan group was 96.42%,which was higher than 83.92%of the sole-felodipine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure after treatment of these two groups were lower than those before treatment;specifically,after treatment,the combined-valsartan group had a systolic blood pressure of(132.34±3.55)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa),a diastolic blood pressure of(84.82±1.39)mm Hg,which were lower than corresponding(146.30±2.60)mm Hg and(90.52±1.43)mm Hg in sole-felodipine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the combined-valsartan group was 5.36%,which was lower than 35.71%in the sole-felodipine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For the treatment of hypertension,a comprehensive therapy of felodipine and valsartan may achieve a satisfactory clinical efficacy with less adverse reactions.Thus,it is worth promoting in clinical practice.
