滋阴补肾方治疗老年性骨质疏松症的疗效及对患者骨密度的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨滋阴补肾方治疗老年性骨质疏松症的疗效及对患者骨密度的影响。方法120例老年性骨质疏松症患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各60例。对照组给予骨化三醇软胶囊治疗,治疗组给予滋阴补肾方治疗。对比两组患者的临床疗效,治疗前后的疼痛评分及掌骨骨密度,分析两组患者的不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组患者的总有效率91.67%高于对照组的75.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的疼痛评分低于本组治疗前、掌骨骨密度高于本组治疗前,且治疗组患者的疼痛评分(2.03±0.55)分低于对照组的(3.68±0.49)分、掌骨骨密度(0.78±0.27)g/cm^(3)高于对照组的(0.66±0.18)g/cm^(3),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗期间血液常规和生化指标均正常,未出现心、肝、肾等严重不良反应。治疗组患者中发生2例轻微恶心,1例轻微皮疹,3 d后均自行消退。结论滋阴补肾方应用于老年性骨质疏松症患者中疗效显著,能明显提升患者的骨密度、减轻疼痛且不良反应少,安全性高,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of Ziyin Bushen prescription on senile osteoporosis and its effect on bone density the effect.Methods 120 senile patients with osteoporosis were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 60 patients in each group.The control group was administrated with calcitriol soft capsule,while the treatment group was administrated with Ziyin Bushen prescription.The clinical efficacy,pain score and bone mineral density of metacarpal before and after treatment were compared between these two groups,and the occurrence of adverse reactions in these two groups was analyzed.Results The overall clinical efficacy of the treatment group was 91.67%,which was higher than 75.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain scores of patients in these two groups after treatment were lower than those in its own group before treatment;the bone mineral densities of metacarpal of patients in these two groups after treatment were higher than those in its own group before treatment;and the pain score of patients in the treatment group was(2.03±0.55)points,which was lower than(3.68±0.49)points in the control group;the bone mineral densities of metacarpal of patients in the treatment group was(0.78±0.27)g/cm^(3),which was higher than(0.66±0.18)g/cm^(3) in the control group;all the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).During the treatment,the blood routine test results and biochemical indexes of these two groups were normal,and no serious adverse reactions were found,for example,heart,liver and kidney.In the treatment group,2 patients had mild nausea and 1 patient had mild rash,and these symptoms disappeared spontaneously 3 d later.Conclusion Ziyin Bushen prescription has a significant therapeutic efficacy in senile patients with osteoporosis.It can significantly improve the bone density,and reduce pain,with less adverse reactions,high safety.Thus,it is worth promoting in clinical practice.
