摘　　要：近年来,光大集团聚焦“大财富+大民生”战略,光大云缴费作为光大集团和光大银行在民生服务领域的战略名品,贯彻落实党中央国务院关于为民服务解难题的决策部署,在光大银行“123+N”数字银行发展体系支撑下,从百姓生活的点滴细微处入手,坚持为民服务解难题,打通民生服务“最后一公里”,全力构建“金融+生活+服务”的智慧云生活生态圈。Quantum communication is a new type of itetedisciplinary science starting to develop during the past two decades and a new research domain integrating quantum theory and information one.Once the technique of quantum communication is applied in the financial industry,its strategic value ensuring the security of the state information and financial security will be greatly enhanced and intensifed.To this end,this column invites experts in the industry to exchange their opinions around the research and application of the technique of quantum communication the financial industry is curently embracing.
