摘　　要：本文研究了不锈铁鳞的基本特性,包括不锈铁鳞的化学组成、物相组成和熔化特性,在此基础上,进行了不锈铁鳞冷固压块返电炉回收利用的试验研究。试验表明,不锈铁鳞冷固压块配比为不锈铁鳞100%+外加粘结剂10%+外加焦粉10%,其返电炉冶炼后,铬、镍可回收利用效果较好。This paper studies the basic characteristics of stainless steel scales,including the chemical composition,phase composition and melting characteristics of stainless steel scales,and on this basis,carries out an experimental study on the recycling of stainless steel scale cold-set briquetting furnace.Tests show that the ratio of cold-set compaction of stainless iron scale is 100%stainless iron scale+10%external binder+10%external coke powder,after smelting in the electric furnace,chromium and nickel can be recycled and reused.
