摘  要:测厚仪主要应用于产品厚度检测,在钢带生产、钢带压延、塑料薄膜生产和造纸等行业中被广泛应用。由于设备老化等原因,测厚仪使用的密封放射源会出现辐射泄露,导致周围辐射剂量升高,自身屏蔽性能降低。维修或更换测厚仪不仅增加了企业成本,也影响了企业的正常生产。本文从监测角度出发,以装载Am-241放射源的测厚仪为例,论述采用钢板作为补充防护措施对测厚仪性能及密封放射源辐射防护屏蔽的影响,验证其可行性与实用性。Thickness gauges are mainly used in product thickness detection,and are widely used in steel belt production,steel belt calendering,plastic film production,papermaking and other industries.Due to equipment aging and other reasons,the sealed radioactive source used by the thickness gauge will leak radiation,which will increase the surrounding radiation dose and reduce its own shielding performance.Repairing or replacing the thickness gauge not only increases the cost of the enterprise,but also affects the normal production of the enterprise.From a monitoring point of view,this paper takes the thickness gauge loaded with Am-241 radioactive source as an example,discusses the influence of using steel plate as a supplementary protective measure on the performance of the thickness gauge and the radiation protection shielding of sealed radioactive sources,and verifies its feasibility and practicability.
