摘 要:本文结合了个人从事多年的清洁生产审核工作经验,以某塑料包装生产企业的清洁生产审核为例,从原辅材料及能源的替代、技术工艺改造、污染治理与废物利用等八个方面出发,分析了塑料包装行业的生产特点和清洁生产潜力,针对问题提出可行的清洁生产方案,最终达成节能、降耗、减污、增效的目的,也为同行业清洁生产审核提供一定的借鉴。Combining personal experience in cleaner production audits for many years,taking the cleaner production audit of a plastic packaging manufacturer as an example,starting from eight aspects including the substitution of raw and auxiliary materials and energy,technological transformation,pollution control and waste utilization,This paper analyzes the production characteristics and cleaner production potential of the plastic packaging industry,puts forward a feasible clean production plan in response to the problem,and finally achieves the goals of energy saving,consumption reduction,pollution reduction and efficiency increase,and also provides a certain reference for the clean production audit in the same industry.
