摘　　要：以深入落实最严格水资源管理制度为统领,分解责任,狠抓落实,攻坚克难,有力支撑了“强富美高”新江苏建设。总结了“十三五”期间和2020年水资源管理和节水工作取得的成效,肯定了江苏水资源管理和节水工作作出的努力,明确了“十四五”期间水资源管理和节水工作的总体要求、主要指标和重点任务,提出了2021年水资源管理和节水工作具体要点。With in-depth implementation of the most stringent water resources management system as the leadership,decomposing responsibility,paying close attention to implementation,overcoming difficulties,which had strongly supported the construction of a new Jiangsu of"strong,rich,beautiful and high".The achievements of water resources management and water-saving work during the 13th Five-Year Plan period and 2020 were summarized,the efforts of water resources management and water-saving work in Jiangsu were affirmed,the overall requirements,main indicators and key tasks of water resources management and water-saving work in the 14th Five-Year Plan period were clarified,and the specific points of water resources management and water-saving work in 2021 were put forward.
