摘　　要：“十三五”期间,全省河湖管理系统科学构建河湖管理保护顶层设计,稳步推进重点河湖综合治理,从严落实河湖空间管控措施,系统推动生态河湖建设,“一江两湖”整治、河湖空间管控、水域生态复苏等各项工作取得明显成效。总结2020年和“十三五”河湖管理工作,认真谋划“十四五”发展思路,部署了2021年重点任务。During the"13th Five-Year Plan"period,the provincial river and lake management system has scientifically constructed the top-level design of river and lake management,steadily promoted the comprehensive governance of key rivers and lakes,strictly implemented the spatial control measures of rivers and lakes,systematically promoted the construction of ecological rivers and lakes,and achieved remarkable results in the"one river and two lakes"regulation,the spatial control of rivers and lakes,and the ecological recovery of water areas.The management work of rivers and lakes in 2020 and the 13th Five-Year Plan period were comprehensively summarized,development ideas of the 14th Five-Year Plan were carefully planned,and key tasks in 2021 were deployed.
