摘　　要：2019年和2020年连续两年,由于受台风影响及上游洪水袭击,新沂河大流量、高水位行洪,本文介绍了沭阳县全力以赴,立足于防,着力于抢,及时启动防汛应急机制,严密巡堤查险,迅速组织抢险,取得了防洪抗洪的全面胜利,有力保障了新沂河两岸200万人民生命财产安全和全县经济社会平稳发展,实现了抗大洪、无大灾、零伤亡的预期目标。For two consecutive years in 2019 and 2020,due to the impact of typhoons and upstream floods,the Xinyi River flooded with large flow and high water level.It was introduced that Shuyang County had spared no efforts in flood control,based on prevention,focused on rushing,promptly activated the flood prevention emergency mechanism,rigorously inspected levees,quickly organized emergency rescues,and achieved a comprehensive victory in flood prevention and fighting,effectively ensuring the safety of the lives and property of 2 million people on both sides of the Xinyi River,and the stable economic and social development of the county,achieving the expected goal of fighting large floods,no major disasters,and zero casualties.
