设计企业在国际工程承包业务中的风险管控探讨

摘　　要：随着我国企业积极响应"走出去"战略,设计企业也越来越多地参与到国际工程承包业务中,同时,国际工程承包市场中风险因素越来越多,设计企业在新的市场形势下,要充分识别风险并做好相应的风险管控措施。本文对设计企业顺利开展国际工程业务面临的各项风险进行了分析,并提出对应的管控措施,以期为设计企业提供参考。As Chinese companies actively respond to the strategy of going global,design companies are increasingly participating in international engineering contracting business.At the same time,there are more and more risk factors in the international engineering contracting market.Under the new market situation,design companies must fully identify risks and implement corresponding risk control measures.This article analyzes the risks faced by design companies in successfully developing international engineering business,and proposes corresponding management and control measures in order to provide reference for design companies.
