摘 要:本文基于产业组织理论中的SCP范式,对成都挂牌的五星级酒店的产业市场结构、市场行为、市场绩效进行综合分析,研究显示,市场结构将呈现出集中—分散—集中的演进趋势,大量国际酒店集团的参与竞争会导致高市场壁垒现象,在市场行为方面呈现出以价换量和品牌及服务竞争趋势,此外还呈现本土和国际品牌百花齐放的局面。本土酒店的发展除了提高自身经营管理水平,创造品牌效应之外,还应加快集团化发展步伐,借助政府资源,形成规模优势。Based on the SCP paradigm in the theory of industrial organization,this paper conducts a comprehensive analysis of the industrial market structure,market behavior,and market performance of the five-star hotels listed in Chengdu.Research shows that the market structure will show an evolution trend of concentration-decentralization-concentration.The participation of a large number of international hotel groups in competition will lead to high market barriers.In terms of market behavior,it shows the trend of price for volume and brand and service competition.In addition,it also shows the situation of local and international brands are like a hundred fl owers in bloom.The development of local hotels should not only improve their own operation and management level and create brand effect,but also accelerate the pace of group development and form scale advantages with the help of government resources.
